Specialist Literacy Tutor FTC

Position: Part-Time, Fixed Term Contract (February-July 2025)

We require a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and flexible practitioner to join our dedicated team of tutors.

Opportunities to deliver exceptional outcomes for speech and language impaired children at an Ofsted “Outstanding” rated residential and day School and College catering for students aged 7-19 years.

 Specialist Literacy Tutor 

Part time – Fixed Term Contract (From February – July 2025) With the potential of the role becoming permanent.

Competitive Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience

We require a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and flexible practitioner to join our dedicated team of tutors. Applicants must hold a recognised qualification (Level 5 or above) in working with students with Dyslexia / SpLD and have the ability to deliver specialist intervention to students with a broad range of literacy difficulties on a 1:1 or small group basis.

The successful applicant will need to use a highly visual and interactive teaching style to support students’ learning. Subject to a required minimum 2 days/week working, flexibility on working patterns across the week is available.
