Training & Website Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist in the smooth running of the Moor House Research and Training Institute (MHRTI).
Through the work of the Institute we are at the forefront of global research and training in the field of speech and language disorders, taking the benefits of our work out more widely through training courses, published research and resources for professionals.
Moor House School & College is an outstanding residential and day special school for children and young people with significant speech, language and communication needs. Situated close to a mainline station with direct links to London, the school is located in a beautiful rural setting on the Kent and Surrey borders. Moor House provides a differentiated mainstream curriculum to students aged from 7 to 19.
Training & Website Administrator
Salary: £13,202 - £15,683 inclusive (actual salary) Depending on experience
20 hours per week ideally spread across 5 days during term time + 30 additional hours during the school holidays
The ideal candidate will have experience as an administrator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you are enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active with the capacity to take the initiative when necessary, we would like to hear from you. Key duties and responsibilities:
- Act as first line support for all of the MHRTI products and courses, responding in a timely manner to any issues or difficulties, either directly to customers, or by passing issues on to further technical support
- Act as the link between customers, the wider MHRTI team and technical support, ensuring all processes run smoothly and customers receive support and feedback in a timely manner
- To lead on and carry out administrative tasks as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the MHRTI
- Work with a high degree of independence to oversee and coordinate all administrative aspects of training courses run on-site, off-site and online, purchasing any necessary resources and acting as the main point of contact for all delegates, hosts and trainers.
