Dressing up for Digits
Moor House joined thousands of schools across the country today (2nd February) in ‘Dressing up for Digits’ for Number Day in support of the NSPCC.
Number Day aims to promote a positive ‘can do’ attitude to maths through fun activities whilst raising money for the children’s charity.
Key Stage 2, Year 7 and Year 8 all took part in maths related games and activities, whilst students and staff across the school and college wore numbered clothing to show their support.
Parents can make a donation via ParentMail, with the money raised helping to fund vital NSPCC services such as Childline and the Speak Out Stay Safe programme.
