In this current situation of lockdown and ongoing social distancing the experience of novelty, delight and excitement can feel difficult as days can feel the same and varying activities can feel a challenge. Moor House parents please see our mental health articles on the parent portal [password required] that include more information on the neurochemicals and what works to increase them.
There are resources available through the links from the mental health articles which can support you in finding different activities to do as well as further wellbeing activity ideas on the wellbeing toolkits and calendar as follows.
