Moor House raise awareness for RALLI

Moor House were featured in the Surrey Mirror this week in relation to our support for the RALLI campaign. Students, parents and staff have been filmed for the RALLI channel to  to raise awareness of language difficulties and the channel is now close to reaching 200,000 views! All those involved in the RALLI campaign were invited to a celebratory event at the House of Common

Outstanding again!

Moor House recently gained two more Outstanding results from Ofsted, one for our Ofsted Education inspection, and one for the Ofsted Care inspection. We celebrated with Doughnuts and were featured in the Surrey Mirror.

3L Visit the Poppies at the Tower of London

On Thursday 13th November 2014 Class 3L visited the Tower of London to see the poppies in the "Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red" art display, marking 100 years since the outbreak of the First World War.

Year 11s Theatre Visit to watch 'A Christmas Carol'

Financial Year End Change

The Trustees have agreed to change the Financial Year End from 31st March to 31st August.  This will bring the Financial Year in line with the Academic Year and make budgeting for staff easier.

Hardelot

Another really busy day. Visited La Coupole this morning, site of the V2 rockets. After a picnic lunch we headed to the Wellington quarry at Arras. This was very moving and very interesting. Following a sleepy drive back to the centre we had a diary writing session and are currently packing. That's fun as you may imagine! All exhausted but happy... Some want to stay another week!!!! Wil
